US existing-home sales (via @odetakushi) Existing-home sales fell 3.3% in June to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.16 million. Sales fell by 18.9% YoY. At 1.08 million, June inventory of unsold existing homes was the equivalent of 3.1 months’ supply.
